GameAware holiday progams are at the core of what we do. We help families take gaming from habit to healthy hobby. GameAware and Team Bliss Esports have partnered because we believe that esports needs a holistic approach. The problem is that excessive gaming and a passion for esports can look very similar.  Families struggling with gaming time where kids are driven to compete need structure and education to help maximize performance and minimize harm. 

We have two holiday program options to suit your needs, and both aim to min/max their gaming and their real life engagement.

1) The Healthy Gaming Camp (3 days) The GameAware approach encourages responsible and intelligent gaming habits by improving self-regulation and increasing social connection through additional hobbies, strategies and self-awareness.  

• Insight into what really motivates gamers to play
• 3 Family Zoom sessions to help ensure progress with the goal setting process
• Reducing family conflict around gaming

• Typical activities include some of the following: Boxing, escape room, rock climbing, social gaming LAN

2) The Esports Performance Boot Camp (3 days) We teach gamers how to optimize their off-screen and on-screen training as they trade quantity for quality. We want our gamers to accomplish more in less time when they are on-screen, while also meeting important motivational needs in their off-screen lives.
